Congratulations CPJMA School Community!

CPJMA Received the Purple Star School Award!

About the Purple Star School Designation

The California Purple Star School Designation Program (Purple Star Program) seeks to reduce the burden on military-connected students and their families by articulating the most critical transition supports for military-connected students and their families by publicly designating schools that meet certain requirements. The program signals which schools are the most committed and best equipped to meet their unique needs.

The Purple Star Program was designed to help mitigate the challenges of high mobility by setting standards for and publicly designating military-friendly schools.

Jog-a-thon

Crown Point's annual Jog-a-thon is this Thursday, January 19th and our website is open for pledges (pledgestar.com/crownpoint)! Students have until the day of the Jog-a-ton to collect donations from their families and friends in support of our school. By collecting donations students can earn individual prizes; each class also has several opportunities to earn a whole class prize as well! This fundraiser supports the programs that help make Crown Point such an amazing school! The funds raised go towards the Suzuki violin program, art instruction and supplies, San Diego Youth Science programs, library support, PE support, and extra resources the classes and teachers might need. This year Friends of CPJMA (PTO) decided to run the event entirely in-house. What that means - Friends of CPJMA keeps a greater percentage of all donations made. We are no longer paying a 3rd party to staff/run the event. Thank you in advance for your support for our annual Jog-a-thon! For questions please email: [email protected]
